Leadership & Adaptive Systems
Pivot Point is a leadership and AI practice. We work with leaders and organizations on three things: developing leaders, building workforce AI fluency, and advising on what it means to lead in the age of AI.
AI initiatives fail because of people problems, not technology problems.
Here's what the research says.

We develop strong leaders at every level.
Leadership capability gaps are not always obvious. They show up as symptoms: decisions that take too long, teams that don't trust the direction, and managers who avoid the conversations that most need to happen. We work with individual leaders and management teams to close those gaps through coaching, structured programs, and leadership development built around the decisions, relationships, and accountability demands of their actual roles.

We build AI fluency and enablement.
In many organizations that have deployed AI there is a functional gap: the gap between deploying AI and using it well. Workers use tools they were never trained on, managers support adoption they were never prepared for, and organizations implement AI without adapting systems and workflows. Pivot Point works on both sides of that gap. AI fluency builds the individual and team capability to use AI effectively and with sound judgment. AI enablement builds the organizational layer: the workflow guidance, and internal systems that determine whether AI investment produces results.

We prepare leaders to operate in the age of AI.
AI is a disruptive technology. It will not only change the ways we work, it will change the ways we lead. Leaders will need to make decisions differently, build trust differently, and develop their people differently, because the teams they lead, the tools those teams use, and the accountability structures around all of it are shifting. This practice works with senior leaders on this transition: the judgment, the skills, and the leadership behaviors that leaders and organizations will need to adapt and thrive in the age of AI.
